1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "yg7," "we," "us," "our" refers to the yg7 platform and its operating entity, accessible at yg7.org.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a yg7 account.
• "Platform" refers to the yg7 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at yg7.org.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the yg7 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a player's yg7 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's Account.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of the yg7 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the yg7 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the yg7 Platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, slot games, and any other gaming or wagering products offered by yg7 from time to time.

If you are accessing the yg7 Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions, and by accepting these terms you do so both on your own behalf and on behalf of that person.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a yg7 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. yg7 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of yg7, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the yg7 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

yg7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

4 Account Registration and Security

To use the yg7 Platform for real-money play, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the yg7 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If yg7 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same player, yg7 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from duplicate Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. yg7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify yg7 immediately via the live chat support available on the Platform. yg7 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, yg7 is obligated to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. yg7 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

yg7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed by yg7 within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. yg7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• yg7 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the yg7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). yg7 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own conversion rates or fees if your account is held in a different currency.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

yg7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion on the yg7 Platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on games that are excluded from wagering requirement calculations will not count toward satisfying the requirement.

yg7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in any form of collusion or coordinated play to extract bonus value will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended or terminated.

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. yg7 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was credited.

7 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the yg7 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

• Bets are final once confirmed. yg7 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or sportsbook rules.
• yg7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of yg7's trading team shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by yg7 at any time without prior notice.
• yg7 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any player at its sole discretion, including imposing reduced maximum bet limits on individual Accounts.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yg7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yg7 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the yg7 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of yg7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without yg7's prior written consent.
• Use any yg7 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of yg7's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by yg7 and its licensors.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

yg7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at yg7.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yg7 is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by yg7, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team via the live chat available on the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

yg7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your Account dashboard at any time.

If you activate a self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion period you select. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. yg7 will also take reasonable steps to prevent you from receiving marketing communications during your self-exclusion period.

yg7 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all real-money gaming activity. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21, we will suspend their Account immediately pending age verification.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yg7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

yg7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yg7 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In no event shall yg7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude yg7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination and Suspension

yg7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, yg7 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to yg7.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting yg7 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

yg7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yg7 will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the yg7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the yg7 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through yg7's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, please contact our support team via live chat on the Platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction. yg7 cooperates fully with PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory bodies in the resolution of player disputes.
